Anthropic (Claude) reads your resume, scores roles, writes your documents and powers Maya. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, what we send through their API isn't used to train their models. Railway hosts the app and database in the US. hello carries your texts with Maya. Our email provider sends account and digest emails. Logo services see only company website addresses, never anything about you.
We don't sell your data. We don't share your resume or pipeline with employers or recruiters. Jobs with Maya never applies to jobs, fills in forms or contacts anyone on your behalf, and neither does Maya.
Roles come from public company career boards and public remote job boards. Links you add yourself are read once to score them for you.
You only get texts after you connect your phone yourself. Text “pause texts” or STOP to stop her unprompted messages; you can still text her. Disconnect your phone any time on the Maya page. Carrier message and data rates may apply.
Download everything we hold about you, or delete your account, from Settings. Deleting removes your data right away; it also leaves our rolling database backups within a few days.
